Our rescuer!

As always, we’re never prepared. We had not thought about getting a voltage converter for our Norwegian synthesizers. We spent hours looking all around Austin for an electronic store. We even had a cab ride for half an hour that cost us twenty bucks ($)… for nothing! Still the cab driver was cool, he even spoke french fluently and he was bad ass when he called the 1-800 number information thing.

After an exhausting hunt we gave up. Then, like lightning from clear skies, a guy at the local electronics store was kind enough to lend us his personal adapter for his printer. He did’nt even sell it from his store. We did’nt even know if it would work. But it DID! And we played a hell of a show. YeaH! Now we’re drinking beer*(!). Again, THANKS MAN! Unfotunately we don’t have a picture of the guy, but his store lies in this street:
