Playing for 1500 people is definately a new record for The New Wine. Munich sounded beautiful after our handclap-request at the end of our local Bergen-hit “I Had To Tell You”. Hundreds of hands touching at the sound of Adrians beat, that’s what we call priceless. Earlier the same day, we took a nice jog with Joakim (lights) along the river floating through Munich. That was really nice. The bavarian food is also amazing, a wide range of cheeses, lovely pretzels with dip and other local specialities. Dinner was fantastic as well (good to have something different than schnitzel for a change). This tour has been nothing more than good times and amazing food. Post-show Stian &  Geir DJ’ed in the café of Muffathalle (venue we played), building a danceable set from 110 to 130 BPM. We played everything from guilty 80s synthrock pleasures as Starships ‘We Built This City’ to punching electro-techno remixes like Trentemöller’s version of Röyksopps ‘What Else Is There’ and local Bergen act Axemax feat. Big P (brother)s remix of Casiokids ‘Fot I Hose (Pose)’. Even though we left early, we had a real nice party on the bus, drinking left-over beverage from the Munich-backstage. Real good times.

    Nice to hear you had a good time in Munich! We enjoyed your gig in the Muffathalle, getting the crowd as supporting act is not always this easy, good job!
