The New Wine Christmas Calender 6: VERY SPECIAL

Good morning to the web! Today we have something really special. It’s been quite a few youtube-videoes in the calender lately, and today is no different. BUT! The video we post today is something more than random funny stuff we love or something we filmed quickly one afternoon. The treasure: “The New Wine: Trip To Oslo (Documentary)” (2008), was filmed and cut together summer of 2008, barely half a year after The New Wine became a group. It was our first show outside of Bergen, and we we’re extremely proud. Maybe there is a touch of cockyness, but this is just something we do whenever we get a camera in our face. Please enjoy this fantastic piece of historical media. The New Wine: young, motivated and ready for the world (we still are young, motivated and ready for the world)!  Off the record (among us hardcore bloggers): this is touching stuff for us, really emotional. Four naïve kids alone to Oslo! CHECK IT OUT:

PS. I don’t think these videoes are avaliable to Germany, because we use some music licenced to Sony in Germany or something. Sorry!

Unfortunately you’re right about the Sony thing in Germany, however, the second part could be watched by me. The explosion at the end makes me look forward to a release … ?

It’s actually a remix made by our own Geir a year ago. Maybe we can release it for the calender! I’m afraid we cannot delete the songs in the video, because the documentary was cut a year ago. I hope you got some fun out of part two though!

That makes a roadtrip with my children look blissful.

A release of Explosion in the calendar would be megabomb. Are there more of these recordings? Lost?
Ok, I’ll watch the first part as soon as I get to leave my country. Part two really confirmed my romantic imaginations of touring with a band whose greatest times are yet to come.

Oh and what about the song where the lyrics go something like “if you want my respect you gotta earn it earn it earn it!”?

Yeah please give it a rebirth!
